These terms govern the use of the AI Sales Assurance Shopify app ("the App"), operated by Alexandre Des Lauriers (Bromont, Québec, Canada). By installing the App, the merchant agrees to these terms.
The App performs read-only checks of a Shopify store and reports whether the information exposed to AI shopping agents matches the store's public product pages. The App never changes the store.
Findings describe what was observed during automated read-only checks at a given time. Some checks may be not testable (for example, password-protected storefronts or platform limitations). The absence of detected issues is not a guarantee that AI shopping agents display the store correctly, nor of any sales outcome. The App does not report on what any specific AI assistant actually recommends.
The merchant must have the right to install the App on the store and remains responsible for the store's content and any corrections made.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the App during the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms or the service with notice in the App. Either party may terminate at any time; uninstalling the App ends the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
